Feasibility study
Experts of Pro Capital Investment offer you a feasibility study. Its mission is to study and analyze financial, economic and organizational aspects of the current activities of a company, or in the context of the planned business project requiring additional funding.
Components of a feasibility study are:
1. The concept of the future project, study of its features and competitive advantages.
2. Description of production and technological aspects of the business organization (the required assets, primarily – fixed assets, their parameters, operation, etc.).
3. Financial and economic feasibility of investment attractiveness of the project which includes the following items: an assessment of project costs (investment, operating, etc.); development of mechanisms and selection tools of operational planning (drafting calendar of payments, selection and development of the repayment schedule) based on the results of estimating the possibility of debt servicing in case of credit funds; results of forecasting sales volumes; profit and loss statement and cash flow statement; calculation of indicators of project attractiveness to investors (NPV, PP, IRR, PI, ROI), as well as performance characteristics of the proposed activity (ratios ROA, ROE, ROS), etc.
The abovementioned indices of investment attractiveness are calculated in a tabular processor of Microsoft Excel with formation into around 15 spreadsheets. These documents contain monthly/quarterly calculations and annual results.
