Financial and economic feasibility of investment attractiveness of the project which includes the following items: an assessment of project costs (investment, operating, etc.); development of mechanisms and selection tools of operational planning (drafting calendar of payments, selection and development of the repayment schedule) based on the results of estimating the possibility of debt servicing in case of credit funds; results of forecasting sales volumes; profit and loss statement and cash flow statement; calculation of indicators of project attractiveness to investors (NPV, PP, IRR, PI, ROI), as well as performance characteristics of the proposed activity (ratios ROA, ROE, ROS), etc.
